On-site private self-parking at Villas De Santa Fe is included in each Guest’s daily resort fee.

Yes, Guests are responsible for a daily resort fee of $25.00 plus tax. The resort fee includes access to the BBQ grill(s), billiards access, bocce ball access, business center, coffee bar, DVD rentals, fitness center, hot tub access, on-site laundry, local/toll-free calls, pool access, self-parking and Wi-Fi.

A credit card for a $200 security deposit will also be required.

Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

Villas De Santa Fe is a nonsmoking resort. All smoking is prohibited, including the use of electronic smoking devices. Guests will be charged a $500 cleaning fine as a result of any damage caused by smoking in the Guest Suites.

Renovations may take place throughout the year because of our ongoing improvement program. While we try to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbances.
